I am a foreign national. Can I own a Private Pool Residence?

Thai entities may own a Private Pool Residence freehold. Foreigners may take out a renewable 30 year lease with an option to convert to freehold should laws change to permit this.

Do Private Pool Residence cater for the disabled?

A major feature of the Private Pool Residenceis is their hillside, seafront location. Prospective owners are advised to check for themselves whether or not the development is suitable for them.

Are children welcome?

Children are certainly welcome. Napasai resort also has a number of facilities to cater to younger guests.

Can I take my pets?

Since there are no fences separating the Private Pool Residence and some owners are not happy to have unknown animals enter their private space, pets can only be kept by arrangement with the managers.
